Changing user account fails to start software.
-If the current user account is administrator,
Please run FSplorer as administrator and select [Help(H)] - [Make it available to other users(U)] of menu bar.
You do not need to run FSplorer as an administrator after that.

-If the current user account is standard user and during the free trial,
Please run FSplorer as administrator and activate license.
You do not need to run FSplorer as an administrator after that.
Alternatively, please grant write permission for Everyone to the C:\ProgramData\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA folder
and select [Help(H)] - [Make it available to other users(U)] of menu bar.

-If the current user account is standard user and has been activated license,
Please select [Help(H)] - [License Deactivation(D)] of menu bar and
run FSplorer as administrator and re-activate license.
You do not need to run FSplorer as an administrator after that.
Alternatively, please grant write permission for Everyone to the C:\ProgramData\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA folder
and select [Help(H)] - [Make it available to other users(U)] of menu bar.
